Please examine your order carefully upon receipt as all damaged goods or incorrect items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. In the case of damage, please make sure to save all original packing materials and shipping cartons. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return any damaged or incorrectly shipped items, and we will also cover the cost of shipping the exchange to you. Exchanges will not be shipped until we receive your return. We MUST receive your return within 7 business days from date pre-paid return label was supplied to customer. Exchanges not initiated or received within these timeframes will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Damaged items will not be accepted for return; exchange for same item only.

If you are not happy with any item you have purchased online, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange. If you wish to return an item, you MUST contact us within 3 business days of receipt of goods to receive a return confirmation number. Your return must be shipped to us in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Please make sure to send your return via traceable and insured carrier as we are not responsible for lost shipments. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. COD deliveries will not be accepted. We MUST receive your return within 7 business days from date return confirmation number was supplied to customer. We will credit you via the original payment method for the purchase amount. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Shipping costs incurred for an exchange shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Returns not initiated or received within these timeframes will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Any item you have special ordered will not be accepted for return.

Items purchased on our website may not be returned to any store location selling our products, nor does our internet return policy apply to items purchased at a store.
