Class Mail delivery is only available for orders weighing up
to 13 oz. Most orders will not weigh more than this. Please
choose another shipping method for larger orders. Our online
shipping calculator will NOT properly calculate rates for First
Class Mail shipments
weighing
more than 13 oz.).
International customers can choose from USPS Priority Mail Flat
Rate Box or Envelope. We have added the Flat Rate Envelope
to offer a less expensive shipping method for our international
customers, but PLEASE NOTE THAT USPS DOES NOT PROVIDE INSURANCE OR TRACKING FOR THE FLAT RATE ENVELOPE. Ella Studio assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged
shipments if you
choose this shipping method. If any loss or damage occurs, you must file a claim directly with USPS.
Shipping rates are calculated in real-time
(with the exception of USPS rates, which are flat rates). These are
actual shipping rates provided by the shipping company for door-to-door delivery. We realize shipping
is
becoming more and
more
costly these
days;
In an effort
to keep rates as low as possible, we do not charge a handling or
packing fee, nor do we charge for the cost of packaging materials.
PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK THAT YOU HAVE PROVIDED THE CORRECT ADDRESS WITH
YOUR ORDER! If you enter an incorrect address or the shipping carrier
needs to change the address you provided
in order to deliver
your
package, you are responsible for the address-change fee that is charged by the carrier. If you request the carrier to deliver to a different address, hold the package, or any other action that incurs a fee, you are responsible for these costs. If
a package is returned to us because an incorrect address was provided,
we are charged for the return shipping plus we incur additional
shipping charges to reship the package to your correct address. You
are responsible for these fees.
Any fees that are incurred will be charged to the original credit card that you provided with your order. We apologize for any inconvenience. |
